That’s it! My 2nd time tabling at a Convention ♡
Good evening everyone - how have you been these days? If you followed my insta-story and posts you might know that I attended Leipzig Bookfair - but this time as an Artist at the so called New Artist Alley! I was pretty nervous and excited.
I‘m still a newbie when it comes to being an Artist. So I‘m happy to say that tabling at this convention was a success! I‘m very greatfull and also proud of myself for coming this far already in such a short amount of time. As I’m currently facing some „body issues“ I‘m also happy that I was able to attend everyday with just feeling a little dizzy on Sunday. Luckily my mom and my boyfriend were there to help.
Besides the (mostly) positive stress it‘s really lots of fun to take part in Conventions as an Artist. I was able to speak to many fellow artists, go so much amazing feedback from people who visited my table and was able to talk to many old and new friends. All while sitting on a chair between my art and doing embroidery. Of course I also learned a lot again and know now what I should do differently next time.
So thanks a lot to everyone who made this weekend so enjoyable and hope that everyone is happy with their purchases at „Petite Amerie“ ♡
Sadly there will be no other opportunity for me tabling this year so I try to open a Ko-Fi Shop soon.
I‘ll let you know when this will happen. Currently I plan to open around May but I have to consider my health and work situation. April, May and June are always pretty busy at work. But let’s just hope for the very best. Thanks to your great feedback my motivation is super high!
